DO YOU SEND OUT A PHYSICAL TICKET IN THE MAIL?

Yes. We ask that you complete a short contact form when purchasing with your address, phone number and mobile phone number. We will then complete an old-fashioned raffle ticket with your details and send it out to you in the mail.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY TICKET?

Because the tickets are one-off, we cannot send you out another. However, we can tell you what your ticket number is and be assured, the most important bit - the stub - is held safely with our Raffle Coordinator, Colleen. All ticket stubs are then placed securely in the barrel. Those in the early bird draw will be placed in the barrel to draw the early bird prize in November. And all tickets purchased, regardless of date, are then placed in the barrel for the draw on Sunday 8th March 2020 at the Hepburn Football Club Rooms,

CAN I TAKE CASH INSTEAD?

No. Prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

WHEN DO I TAKE MY HOLIDAY?

The Daylesford Holiday consists of a number of gift vouchers that have been donated by local businesses in Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. These gift vouchers all have an expiry date and must be used prior to this date. There are no refunds if you do not book your travel in time. We cannot guarantee that the dates you would like will be available so you need to allow as much time as possible in order to secure your reservation.
