DO YOU SEND OUT A PHYSICAL TICKET IN THE MAIL?

Yes. When you purchase your ticket, you will be asked for both billing address details as well as your mailing address, phone number and mobile phone number. We will then complete an old-fashioned raffle ticket with your details and send it out to you in the mail via Registered Mail with Australia Post. Please make sure you give us your current mailing address. Once your ticket has been posted, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the Australia Post Tracking Number. Please check your junk /spam folder if you have not received your confirmation email within 48 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY TICKET?

Because the tickets are one-off, we cannot send you out another. However, we can tell you what your ticket number is and be assured, that the most important bit - the stub - is held safely with our Raffle Coordinator, Colleen. All ticket stubs are then placed securely in the barrel. Those in the early bird draw will be placed in the barrel to draw the early bird prize in November. And all tickets purchased, regardless of date, are then placed in the barrel for the draw on Sunday 2nd July 2023, at the Hepburn Football Club Rooms, Twentieth Street, Hepburn.

CAN I TAKE CASH INSTEAD?

No. Prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

IF I WIN THE TRUCK, CAN I SPECIFY ANY PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS?

No. The truck is already built and ready for its new owner! It is Build No 468 and the images you see on our website are of the actual truck* that will be awarded as the first prize. She has been built with love and care and has almost every feature we could possibly think of! This is undoubtedly one of the best Kenworth trucks available in Australia right now – and certainly the very last of its kind available.

(*there is one image that is not of the actual truck but of an identical model showing the sleeper berth. It is marked as being an indicative image. All other images are of the actual Kenworth that is the major raffle prize.)

When can I pick up the truck?

The Kenworth Legend Build No. 468 will be available within a month of the draw.
